Head Coach: Track & Field and Cross Country

York University is seeking applicants for the position of Head Track & Field and Cross Country Coach, with recruiting to begin for the Fall 2026 academic year. York University competes in the NAIA and is a member of the Kansas Collegiate Athletics Conference (KCAC). The coach will report directly to the Athletic Director of the University.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

·         Firm commitment to the mission of York University.

·         Proven ability to recruit student-athletes.

·         Commitment to representing Christian principles.

·         Ability to work within a budget outlined by the athletic department.

SALARY / BENEFITS
Commensurate with experience.
