Women Leaders is currently looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and fast-paced Executive Assistant to the CEO and Manager of Office Administration to join its energetic and high-performing team. In this role, you support anything and everything that touches the CEO and have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization changing the leadership landscape in sports. The job requires a self-starter and who can interact regularly, effectively, and efficiently with the most senior executive stakeholders both inside the organization and externally. The job holder must be capable of managing their own time effectively, deal well with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

General Responsibilities
- Provide superior executive-level support to the CEO. Responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining the CEO calendar, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, leading special projects with or on behalf of the executive team, making travel arrangements, and maintaining and updating event calendars.
- Assisted the Executive Team with internal meeting preparation, communications, and general office administrative duties.
- Oversee the event logistics and preparation for all CEO speaking engagements, including keynotes, media interviews, event-related programming, and podcasts.
- Assist the executive team with Board of Directors management, meeting planning, and communication.
- Support the executive team on key organizational committees, including the Bylaws & Policies and Procedures Committee
- Assisted with drafting internal and external written correspondence and edited memos, proposals, reports, and other documents for the executive team.
- Assist with all organizational hiring procedures, including but not limited to managing job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and offboarding employees.
- Support the Women Leaders Performance Institute by scheduling client meetings and engagement sessions, updating presentation decks and handouts for the CEO, and sending client follow-ups post-engagement.
- Manage the Women Leaders e-commerce store and work directly with apparel vendors
- Pro-actively work with the executive team to coordinate team building events, activities for the staff, and annual staff planning meetings
- Oversight and management of all office operations including: day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, communicating with service providers, management of vendor ordering and office supplies, responding to general inquiries, mail/shipping, general business operations support, etc.
- Provide support and leadership on special projects as directed by the CEO and COO.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or operations role in a fast-paced work environment
- Project and/or event management experience
- Previous experience in a job that requires multi-tasking, tracking on important information and supporting or directly reporting to a senior-level executive
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office platforms and working with technology
- An optimist who sees challenges as opportunities and believes everything is “figure-out-able”
- Bachelor’s degree
