Terrier Club/Operations (1 Opening)
· Assist in the preparation and execution of gameday operations for various college sports events.
· Support the setup and breakdown of Terrier Club events and Wofford Athletics Events including equipment, facilities, and promotional materials.
· Assist with crowd control, ticketing, and entry procedures on gamedays – specifically Football/Basketball
· Act as a gameday administrator for various sporting events throughout the year.
· Provide logistical support for special events and fundraising activities.
· Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
· Maintain and update databases for donor and alumni relations.
· Help in creating content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
· Conduct research on potential donors and sponsorship opportunities.
· Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the athletic department staff.
· Represent Wofford Athletics at community events and increase brand awareness.
· Other duties as assigned by the Director of the Terrier Club/Associate AD for Business & Operations
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree required.
· Working knowledge of gameday operations and fundraising in collegiate or professional sports.
· Previous experience in collegiate or professional sports preferred.
· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Organized, dependable, punctual, willing to learn and a self-starter
· Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays

Additional Salary Information: Monthly stipend and campus meal plan provided. Additional income opportunities may exist.
