YOUR IMPACT AND AREAS OF FOCUS...

  • Lead day-to-day account management for WMT’s clients to ensure continued partner success and satisfaction. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients through regular communication and exceptional service. 
  • Monitor and report partner platform analytics and provide insightful guidance to partners based on that data. 
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by addressing client concerns promptly and working to find creative, mutually beneficial solutions. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and operations to align efforts, manage priorities, and deliver solutions to clients. 

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE…

  • A strong history of building and maintaining strong client relationships with a deep understanding of client needs. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 
  • Understanding of technology, e-commerce, and digital products. Experience working in a B2B setting.  
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and experience working remotely. 
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales and development groups. 
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.). 
  • Experience using Slack, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Google’s workflow platforms
