Assistant Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Coach

Wheaton College, an NCAA Division III institution located in Norton, Massachusetts, is looking for a motivated, energetic, passionate and caring individual to help lead our men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs. The Assistant Coach prepares the team for a full intercollegiate varsity season, including in-season training sessions, develops a recruiting plan and evaluates and identifies qualified student-athletes. Assist the head coach in preparing and managing operating, recruiting and fundraising budgets. Commitment to working and teaching within an environment that embraces the holistic development of the student-athlete. Additionally, this person will serve in an administrative capacity as directed by the Athletic Administration. It is expected that this individual will comply with all NCAA Division III, NEWMAC and Wheaton College rules and regulations
