Compliance Specialist

Collaborates with athletics department coaches, staff and student-athletes to monitor documentation of contacts, evaluations, correspondence, unofficial visits, and official visits throughout the recruiting process.

Coordinates sports camp scheduling and compliance with coaching staffs, facilities staff, medical services staff, media relations staff, and ticket office staff to ensure National Collegiate Athletic Association rules are followed through the completion of camp activities.

Oversees playing and practice season declarations and monitoring with athletics department coaches and staff.

Assists with initial eligibility reviews, transcript evaluations, and eligibility center tasks for incoming student-athletes.

Assists with research and preparation of athletic waivers as deemed applicable.

Assists with providing National Collegiate Athletic Association and athletic conference rule interpretations and education.

Investigates and prepares rule violation reports.
