Washington State University (WSU) Intercollegiate Athletics is accepting applications for two positions within the Women’s Volleyball program. Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled; screening will begin immediately.

Assistant Coach / Director of Operations – Women’s Volleyball

Washington State University is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Volleyball Coach / Director of Operations to support the competitive and operational success of the Women’s Volleyball program within an NCAA Division I environment. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and relevant volleyball coaching, operations, and/or elite playing experience; collegiate or NCAA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: The Assistant Coach / Director of Operations will coordinate all aspects of team travel; serve as the primary liaison with athletic department operations staff; oversee planning and execution of volleyball camps and clinics; manage camp staffing, scheduling, registration, and day-of operations; assist with daily practices and training sessions; lead position-specific development as assigned (preferably setters or passers); contribute to recruiting, scouting, video breakdown, and match preparation; support administrative functions of the program; and maintain full compliance with NCAA, conference, and university policies.
