The Utah State University Athletic Department is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Assistant Women's Softball Coach to join our team and contribute to the success of our student-athletes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game of softball, a commitment to helping our student-athletes reach their full potential, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. To be successful in this role, the Assistant Women's Softball Coach should have strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, a comprehensive understanding of the game, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Assistant Women's Softball Coach will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program and performing other duties as needed.
