Injury Assessment: Utilize your expertise to assess injuries accurately and efficiently.
Injury Referrals: Make informed referrals to ensure our athletes receive the best possible care.
Injury Care Management: Implement effective care plans to aid in the recovery process.
Return to Play: Safely guide athletes through the return-to-play process.
Emergency Care: Be prepared to act swiftly and decisively in emergency situations.
Communication: Foster clear and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Administration: Handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
In this dynamic role, you will report to the Associate Athletic Director for Sports Medicine, and you'll collaborate with a diverse array of individuals, including student-athletes, athletic training staff, coaches, administrators, physicians, and other campus departments. The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and strategize effectively is essential. This Athletic Trainer role will work primarily with the Women’s Soccer team; other team assignments will be made as needed.
