Administrative Support

  • Serve as the primary administrative coordinator for the Athletics Director and Deputy Athletics

  • Director.

  • Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and reimbursements for the Athletics Director and

  • Deputy Athletics Director.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

  • Assist with planning and coordinating department events, meetings, and initiatives.

  • Serve as a liaison between the athletics administration and other university departments, staff,and external stakeholders.

Business Office Support

  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing daily business operations.

  • Input and track purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
