Program Coordinator, Athletic Video Production

Create, design and implement original graphics, 3D animations, short- and long-form

video content for Toledo Athletics, including videoboard features, hype videos, intros,

headshots, matchup graphics, promotional content, sponsor elements and other

creative assets for in-venue and digital use.

Lead and execute live game production and videoboard operations across Toledo

Athletics venues. Responsibilities include loading and operating videoboard and LED

content, managing live graphics, coordinating show elements, supporting scoreboards

and ribbons, troubleshooting during events, and ensuring accurate execution of gameday

content.

Assist in planning and executing game presentation and fan-experience elements,

including pregame sequences, entrances, crowd prompts, timeout features, music and

PA coordination, theme-night elements and other in-venue activations.

Manage technical systems and production workflows supporting videoboard andliveevent

operations, including Ross XPression, Ross DashBoard, DataLinq, Motion Rocket,

Daktronics/LED workflows, watch folders, display mapping, file standards, resolutions,

frame rates and production troubleshooting

Create, load and execute sponsorship and marketing activations for in-venue displays

and game presentation while ensuring partner elements align with department

branding and scheduled contractual obligations.

Provide work direction and training to student workers and production staff, including

camera operators, graphics operators and other game-day positions. Assist in

establishing operational standards and communicating production expectations.

Perform administrative and event-preparation duties including production meetings,

asset checks, scheduling, documentation, coordination with marketing, communications,

and broadcast team, and other duties necessary to support event execution.
