Serve as Head Coach for the men’s and women’s cross country programs, overseeing training, competition planning, and athlete development.
Assist the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country with the recruitment and coaching of distance runners for the indoor and outdoor track seasons.
Coordinate and execute a year-round training plan that prepares student-athletes for peak performance during championship segments.
Lead domestic and international recruiting efforts for distance and additional event groups; evaluate academic and athletic credentials to ensure fit and eligibility.
Foster academic accountability and support student-athletes in meeting academic standards and graduation goals.
Assist in planning travel, organizing home meets, and managing equipment needs for both cross country and track programs.
Promote a culture of competitiveness, discipline, and unity aligned with the values of the University and the athletic department.
