Monitor the academic progress of assigned teams. Provide reports on the academic status of assigned teams to Head Coaches of assigned teams and both the Director of Student-Athlete Development and Associate AD for Compliance & Student-Athlete Development/SWA in regularly established meetings or on a regular cadence.
Monitor and manage NCAA progress towards degree completion and continuing academic eligibility for all assigned student-athletes in coordination with the Director of Compliance.
Make necessary and appropriate referrals to campus resources. Maintain current and accurate knowledge of department and academic campus resources.
Meet regularly with at-risk student-athletes and provide individualized academic support.
Serve as a liaison between student-athletes, coaches, athletic compliance, faculty, and other campus student-support services.
Meet with prospective student-athletes and their families to review student-athlete development services.
Assist in the planning and implementation of holistic student-athlete development programs such as PSAAC (Pacific Student-Athlete Advisory Committee), career development seminars, and personal development seminars.
Maintain compliance with all relevant institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Maintain compliance with all applicable rules and laws relative to student privacy and FERPA.
