Head Baseball Coach

Develops, directs, and provides coaching and mentorship for intercollegiate baseball program. 

Oversight of player development, skills, and strategies to achieve success in the institution’s athletics conference at the national level.

Manage recruitment of prospective student-athletes, oversight of student-athlete academic achievement, discipline, and conduct.

Maintain an atmosphere of compliance with NCAA, conference, institutional and departmental regulations, policies, and procedures.

- Hire, manage, and provide leadership for program staff as professionals. Oversee budgeting, recruiting, scheduling, fundraising, and game management. Provide fiscal responsibility for the baseball program budget.

- Engage with donors, alumni, partners, and students to grow the fanbase for baseball through development activities and special events. 

- Oversight of camps and clinics.
