Assistant Baseball Coach

Assist the baseball coach in instruction and on field needs at all practices and home and away games. 

Monitor student-athlete’s grades and class attendance. 

Recruit prospective student-athletes for the baseball program

Oversee all records related to baseball including processing and reconciling travel vouchers, recording and track fundraising donations, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining the inventory for apparel and equipment.

Schedule and organize all team travel including means of transportation, hotels, meals, and entry fees.

Maintain the Clay Gould Ballpark and Clubhouse. Also take care of the indoor hitting facility

Organize and oversee baseball camps and clinics: 

• coordinate and manage camp applications and fees, hire camp workers, and coordinate financial payments for camp meals, facilities and workers

• Perform other duties as assigned.
