Assistant Athletic Director Digital Strategies & Branding

  • Lead, create, direct, and manage all graphic design and video/digital projects essential for advancing the department’s brand strategy.

  • Oversee all graphic design and video production, including high-impact video components such as introductions, hype videos, feature stories, and innovative television/digital show concepts.

  • Responsibility extends to the creation of digital elements encompassing sales collateral, advertising materials, brand strategy components, marketing projects, website graphics, banners, and social media content.

  • Special projects are also under direct supervision as assigned.

  • Direct oversight of all graphic design and creative services full-time and student employees.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of brand strategies with overall departmental objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback.

  • Facilitate structural workspace rebranding initiatives within athletic facilities, aligning them with overarching brand strategy.

  • Assist Maverick Sports Properties graphic packaging and implementation on behalf of sponsors/partners.

  • Oversight of digital video board for content review, design, and implementation.

  • Manage digital strategies budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to ensure optimal ROI for digital initiatives.

  • Performs other duties assigned.
