We are seeking a highly motivated and organized NIL Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) program, ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations, and providing support to student-athletes in maximizing their NIL opportunities.
Develop and implement NIL policies and procedures in accordance with NCAA guidelines
Educate and advise student-athletes on NIL opportunities, contracts, and compliance
Collaborate with various departments including compliance, marketing, and legal to ensure a comprehensive NIL program
Serve as the primary point of contact for student-athletes, businesses, and other stakeholders regarding NIL activities
Monitor and track all NIL activities to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met
Provide workshops and training sessions for student-athletes on brand building, social media, and financial literacy
Assist in the negotiation and review of NIL contracts and agreements
Help and manage fulfillment of deals and agreements
Stay updated on NIL trends, legislation, and best practices
Perform Fair Market Value Analysis
Sport/Player payment distribution planning (Rev-Share)
Recruitment liaison for NIL Negotiation & transfer portal analysis
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong understanding of NCAA rules and regulations related to NIL
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field; and two years of experience in compliance, marketing, or related areas within collegiate athletics, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field; 5-8 years of related experience working directly with student athletes; and knowledge of contract law and negotiation is preferred.
