Part/Full Time: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5pm; Some evenings and weekends as needed are required. Evening and weekend hours, as needed. Ability to travel, may include overnight, as needed.

The Director of Development Soccer/Head Coach is responsible for the overall administration and success of the Men's and Women's Development Soccer Programs. The primary purpose is to recruit student-athletes, schedule opponents, organize conditioning, plan practices and administer team rules and regulations for the Men's and Women's Development Soccer programs.

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of coaching and/or playing experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.A good driving record, valid driver’s license, and successful background check are required. Evening and weekend hours, as needed. Ability to travel, may include overnight, as needed.Preferred experience includes knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.
