Part/Full Time: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5pm; Some evenings and weekends as needed are required. Evening and weekend hours, as needed.

The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach serves to assist with all functions of the USC Upstate Women's Soccer program.

• Instructs student athletes in performance in the sport of soccer. Assists the varsity team with conducting practice drills, exercises, scrimmages. Assists with coaching during competition.

• Assists the Head Coach with the varsity program's recruiting efforts.

• Coordinates team travel arrangements (transportation, hotels, food expenses, etc.). Adhere to department, University, and state policies and procedures as related to travel.

• Assist with monitoring budget related to travel and equipment expenditures.

• Assists with other duties as assigned by the Head Women's Soccer Coach.

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of playing and/or coaching experience. A good driving record, valid driver’s license and successful background check are required.
