Recruiting Operations Coordinator

The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for the Football program regarding recruitment logistics, including but not limited to travel, planning, schedule management, and general recruiting operations. 

Job Summary

Assists with preparation and execution of student athlete recruiting activities. Corresponds with prospective recruits and University athletes. Oversees campus visits and hosts prospects, families, and guests during sports practices. Performs operational and logistical duties surrounding practice and competition.

Essential Functions 

Maintains recruiting database. Schedules meetings and manages calendars for Football program recruiting operations. Answers the phone, and provides administrative support for Football coaches and staff with regard to recruiting. Plans travel and recruitment trips for Football coaches and staff. Performs administrative support activities and operational support for special projects and events as assigned. Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information and materials. Other duties as assigned by Head Football Coach or Director of Player Personnel. Organizes, plans, & executes operations of official and unofficial visits. Assists with compliance, eligibility center, and transitions of incoming student-athletes.

Physical Effort 

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. May need to lift equipment, mail, or supplies up to 50 pounds.
