Provide support and assistance to the Director of Recruiting Strategy. Manage the administrative and operational aspects of the on-campus recruitment of prospective student athletes, assist in on-boarding student athletes and plan all prospect related events for the Oklahoma Football program in a manner consistent with the mission and values of Oklahoma Football.
Essential Functions:
Assist in the development of the 12-month recruiting calendar
Assist in the planning and execution of official and unofficial visits, gameday recruiting programming, junior days and other special events as assigned
Assists in development and execution of a recruiting strategic plan
Assist in the organization and execution of all on-campus recruiting visits
Assist with the operations of signee’s initial eligibility with NCAA Eligibility Center under the direction of the athletics compliance department
Assist with the operations of signee’s admission process with Compliance, University Admissions, Financial Aid (NIL, Financial Aid Agreement, etc.)
Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting changes and technology
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Recruiting Strategy and coaching staff
Required Education: A Bachelor’s degree, AND:
12 months of experience in related field.

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with students, colleagues, staff, and administrators
Ability to work under pressure to manage and coordinate multiple projects and requests and meet competing deadlines
Must have a comprehensive understanding of collegiate athletic programs and operation units
Knowledge of and commitment to comply with NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations
Knowledge of recruiting management system
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Advertised Physical Requirements:
Ability and willingness to work long and odd hours, often weekends and potentially holidays during variety of events and camps/clinics
Must be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel
