Director of Operations - Wrestling

Responsibilities: Manages all operations of the wrestling office including operating budget, equipment, team travel, NCAA compliance and recruiting related matters; assists with the development of student-athletes; hires team managers; and manages external relations, alumni and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of combined experience in collegiate wrestling, athletic department administrative experience, and/or collegiate wrestling competition experience required. Division I or II experience preferred. Student experience will be considered. Frequent evening and weekend work and travel will be necessary. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Big XII, and the University of Northern Iowa.
