Director of Ticketing and Parking Operations - The Rams Club

Required Education/Experience:

●       Four-year Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree and minimum of three years of collegiate athletic experience preferred.

Necessary Skills:

●       Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

●       Proficiency in the Paciolan platform.

●       Ability to interact, write, speak and communicate clearly with our donors and constituents, while portraying a professional image and demeanor.

●       Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks.

Additional Requirements:

●       Must be willing to travel occasionally. Evening, weekend, and holiday work required.

●       Must have valid driver’s license.

●       Ability to see, hear, speak, maintain cognitive function at a high level and move about the office, along with ability to lift 20 pounds.

●       Ability to attend athletic events in varying environments including inclement weather.

Key Responsibilities

Donor Ticket Coordination  40%

• Coordinate all ticket and parking-related functions in conjunction with the UNCAA Ticket Office. Serve as the liaison between The Rams Club and the UNCAA Ticket Office to process, review, respond and communicate policies and procedures to internal staff and external membership base.

• Be the lead ticket and parking-related contact as needed for Rams Club members, while educating Rams Club internal staff on proper procedures.

• Coordinate the promotion, assignment and delivery of tickets and parking to members for home and post-season competitions as well as special events.

• Work with the Annual Fund and Communications teams to ensure proper promotion of ticket-related benefits to all members.

Seating Management  40%

• Coordinate the football ticket and parking reseating process for Rams Club season ticket holders.

• Assist the Athletic Ticket Office with implementation of all season and individual ticket benefits for Rams Club members, specifically focusing on football and basketball home, away, and post-season events.

• Manage seating inventory and coordinate with the Major Gifts team for basketball season ticket seating opportunities, as it relates to scholarship donors rank and priority.

• Oversight and coordination of the “Turn It Blue” ticket return and sales system for Football and Men’s basketball

• Execution of Men’s Basketball season tickets for Champion and Legend Annual Fund members. Including the renewal, assignment, and distribution of tickets on a single game basis.

• Manage and coordinate with the Athletic Ticket Office distribution of the premium seat inventory for Baseball and Women’s Basketball
