The Senior Director of Football Creative and Branding at Nebraska Football leads the creative vision, brand development, and digital storytelling for one of the most tradition-rich programs in college football. This position is responsible for shaping and executing a bold, innovative visual identity that supports recruiting, fan engagement, student-athlete brand building, and program culture. This position will be primary in defining the Nebraska football identity and leading a content team that delivers high-impact stories that captivate fans, partners, and players. The role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of college football, digital trends, and brand strategy who can elevate Nebraska’s presence across all platforms while honoring its legacy. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience in creative direction, content production, or branding. Experience with directing production shoots, handling crews, and producing content on location. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing creative teams. In-depth knowledge of football culture and recruiting dynamics at the Power 4 level. Applicants must supply a strong portfolio of high-impact sports content, with a focus on narrative, visual quality and audience engagement. Criminal history background check will be conducted.
