The Associate AD of Leadership Gifts position is a professional full-time fundraising position responsible for leading the Nebraska Athletics leadership gifts team and direct and develop plans to maximize fundraising revenue in concert with strategic priorities and objectives. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.  Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of progressive development experience. Experience working in intercollegiate athletics. Must have knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree and Division 1 work experience preferred. Direct experience working with and managing complex major gift campaigns. Thorough experience managing a dynamic major/leadership gifts team is preferred. Familiarity with databases such as Salesforce and Paciolan is preferred. Criminal history background check and driving record review will be conducted.
