ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF GRAPHICS & BRANDING

Create and design new graphic content. Responsible for project planning, coordination of displays, signage, framing and other project requests. Update current displays throughout all athletic facilities. Work includes designing event signage along with coordinating the production and delivery of the signage to the requester. Assist with capital project graphics and the new graphic content for the new $165 Million Go Big facility. Work on a professional basis with coaches, staff members, and outside vendors. May require some evenings or weekends depending on the event or project. Applicants must supply a strong portfolio of previous work. The selected candidate will have demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field and 1 year work experience in graphic design or related field, equivalent education/experience considered. Proficient in Adobe creative suites: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Ability to work proficiently in Excel, Power Point and Word. Applicants must supply a strong portfolio of previous work. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be organized and detailed oriented. Able to lift 35lbs.

Preferred qualifications: Knowledge in large format printing. Ability to use SketchUp. Operate standard lifts.
