Serves as the Merchant Manager, ensuring Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.
• Manage and execute a ticketing sales campaign with a primary focus on season tickets, mini
plans, and group and individual sales plans working with Marketing on promotion of sales
campaigns.
• Achieve annual assigned ticket sales revenue objectives through the sale of season tickets,
mini plans, groups and single game tickets to six ticketed sports.
• Manage complimentary tickets, and donor and sponsor related requests.
• Collaborate on ticket pricing, packaging, and sales through a strategic planning process and
evaluate the effectiveness.
• Collaborate with AMSOIL Arena staff regarding ticket sales for women’s and men’s hockey
events.
• Ensure that ticketing databases are updated and maintained.
• Collaborate with the Associate AD for Compliance about NCAA, NCHC, NSIC and WCHA
rules, policies and procedures related to the Department of Athletics ticket office.
• Ensure audit requirements are met for all athletic events.
• Update the events on the e-commerce website of Ticketmaster.
• Update the ticketing section on the departmental website on Sidearms.
• Manage, organize, and motivate ticketing staff.
• Assist with game day management, fundraising events and other duties as assigned.
