Assistant Director of Compliance

The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing a comprehensive monitoring program relating to NCAA and Big Ten rules impacting the activities of student-athletes. The Assistant Director will be comfortable with technology and use it to advance the goals of the Compliance Services Office.

The Assistant Director will convey a strong customer service attitude and assist student-athletes, coaches and athletic administrators by interpreting, teaching and monitoring all required rules and regulations. The Assistant Director will consistently and reliably demonstrate good judgment, sound reasoning, practicality and the ability to problem solve.
