Post-Graduate Ticket Operations Intern

• Full-year exposure to all ticket office components

• Hands-on experience with Paciolan/Back Office system: sales, distribution, and game-day operations

• Assist daily ticket office functions: Daily ticket window/phone support, customer service, ticketing tasks, etc.

• Ticketing Supervisor/Liaison for Baseball (Spring), Volleyball/Soccer (Fall) and assist in other ticketed sports as needed (Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball)

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree by hire date

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in a customer service setting

• Experience in a collegiate athletic ticket office

• Must have a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years undergraduate experience working in an intercollegiate athletics ticket office

• Knowledge of American Conference rules and regulations pertaining to ticket operations/sales

Other Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment

• This position holds expectations of compliance with all NCAA, American Conference, University of Memphis and Memphis Athletics rules and regulations

Position Type: Full time (37.5 hours, up to 24 months), temporary position that is non-benefit eligible. Pay: $15/hour (approx. $27,000 in year 1; potential increase year 2 after successful first-year review (paid bi-weekly)
