
The Coordinator, Ticket Sales & Revenue is responsible for driving ticket sales and revenue growth across multiple programs. The role focuses 75% on sales strategy, customer engagement, and revenue tracking, and 20% on providing support for a designated sport, including game day operations and ticketing oversight. 5% Other Duties as assigned.
This posting has an initial screening date of May 14, 2026 and each Thursday thereafter until filled.
Ticket Sales & Revenue
• Execute season, group, and single-game ticket sales strategies.
• Support promotional campaigns and revenue-generating initiatives.
• Maintain and manage ticketing records in the CRM and ticketing system (e.g., Paciolan).
• Track sales data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Support customer outreach, renewals, and upselling efforts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to maximize revenue opportunities.
Customer Relations
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve ticket-related issues.
• Assist with retention efforts and engagement initiatives for season ticket holders.
Sport-Specific Oversight & Game Day Operations
• Serve as the primary ticketing contact for a designated sport.
• Support event setup and ticket operations on game days.
