Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and a minimum of two (2) years of collegiate or professional level public relations experience.

Working Conditions

Possess media relations skills.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Ability to utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Knowledge of sporting press box procedures, techniques, facilities, and equipment.
Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with the departmental team as well as external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to use independent judgment and to gather, manage and impart information to the media and various other internal and external audiences.
