Part- Time Assistant Equipment Manager

Position Summary

The Equipment Office is hiring an assistant equipment manager as an hourly, non-benefitted position. This position will assist Equipment Room Staff members with a variety of duties from 4pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday.  Duties include inventory, apparel printing (digital screen printing) and laundry/sport coverage. The position will be a 20-30 hours per week.

This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

Essential Functions

  • Inventory for Athletic Team Apparel via Front Rush Software

  • Assist with laundry

  • Work the equipment room window to assist Coaches and Student-Athletes with requests

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree

  • Type of art background or experience working in a screen print or embroidery shop

Work Schedule

4pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday evenings. Occasional weekend.

Hourly Range

The hourly range for the position is $18.81-$20.00.
