Position Summary: |
The University of Dayton's Athletics department invites qualified applicants to apply for our Athletics Compliance Intern opening! The Compliance Intern will assist with compliance responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, monitoring of countable athletically related activities (CARA), recruiting logs, travel logs, and other recruiting, compliance, and roster management related matters. Additionally, the intern will assist in developing education materials for coaches, student-athletes and other constituents on campus to ensure NCAA and A-10 rules and processes are communicated correctly. There will be an opportunities to learn and observe more advanced compliance responsibilities and gain experience in written interpretations, waivers, and violations. This is a one year internship with the possibility of a second year. |

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: • One year’s experience in NCAA compliance at the university or conference level, or at the NCAA national office; |
