
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Athletics/Business Services, will coordinate and process all business-related aspects of the Division of Athletics, including but not limited to:
Serve as daily liaison to Athletics’ on-site travel agents (currently Anthony Travel), University Travel, and the Accounts Payable/Travel Department.
Serve as daily processor for travel card program, including issuance of student-athlete per diem, team travel cash advances, and recruiting host money.
Assist staff and coaches in University travel card training.
Provide oversight and assistance for reconcilement of team travel expenses, recruiting, and official visit expenses for all sports.
Oversee check deposits for the Division of Athletics.
Collaborate with Athletic Business Office personnel on the creation, implementation, and communication of internal travel policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience in an NCAA Division I collegiate athletic department.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with different departments.
Possess a strong work ethic and customer service skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with business management software (Jaggaer, Peoplesoft, Felix, Kuali, Concur, etc.).
More than 2 years of experience in an NCAA Division I collegiate athletic department, with a focus on group/team travel and individual travel.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures.
