As a member of a progressive revenue generation staff, position assists in the day-to-day management of the Athletics' Ticket Office within UCF, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assist in the production, sale, and disbursement of tickets to athletics events (football, men's and women's basketball, baseball, men's and women's soccer, softball, and volleyball) as well as outside events hosted by UCF.
Serve as administrator for the UCF 50/50 Raffle, including system setup, hiring, training, and point of contact for all 50/50 raffle events.
Assist with student ticketing for football and men’s basketball, setting up student events, processing student ticket eligibility inquires, and reporting on all student ticketing.
Contact customers regarding balance dues and denied credit card charges.
Assist with building season plans, single events, and price codes along with any other Archtics programming needs.
Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising student staff assigned to the Ticket Office while providing superior customer service to all fans on gameday.
Manage the set-up and operation of player guest will call for all events.
Work closely with all departments for ticketing needs (reports, troubleshooting, ticket requests, attendance reports, ADA seating requirements, general inquiries).
Utilize all Ticketmaster products including Archtics, Account Manager, TM One, and TM Sales.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of ticket scanners for each event along with setting up rules and restrictions.
Balance game day ticket sales and prepares deposit of all game-day revenue.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of appropriate experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Proficiency in both MS Office and EMS scheduling software
Experience managing budgets and events at the intercollegiate athletics level or higher.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Due to the nature/scope of Athletics and Athletics events, position requires attendance at scheduled home games / matches, which may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
