The Women's Head Soccer Coach will be a positive, energetic leader with the ability to teach, motivate, and recruit student-athletes. The head coach is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of a NCAA Division I Women's Soccer program including, but not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, recruiting academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, fostering and supporting student-athlete welfare, practice and gameday preparation and coaching, scheduling, budget management, hiring and supervising assistant coaches, fundraising and public relations, and adherence to the NCAA, Big West, and University rules. The successful candidate must be able to develop positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, media, alumni, and boosters while interacting successfully with department personnel and the University community.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training with a college-level program.
8 - 13 years of related experience.
Must maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
Must maintain NCAA certified recruiter status.
