This position will perform faculty duties in the Athletic Department. Manage and instructs all facets of an intercollegiate men's wrestling program. Instructs cadets in the sport of wrestling, administers organizational aspects of the intercollegiate men's wrestling program, to include, but not limited to: lesson planning, scheduling, budgeting, recruiting of cadet athletes, maintenance of supply and equipment accounts and safe of athletic facilities and physical training. Manages training program in full compliance with the rules, regulations and bylaws of the NCAA and other applicable conference affiliation, and the United States Air Force Academy. Provides guidance to assistant coaches to ensure the professional conduct and performance of program's staff and cadet athlete. Manage, administer and instruct Sport Camps as required by the Director of Athletics.

The selected candidate will be subject to a security investigation leading to successful completion of a background investigation with a favorable adjudication. The selectee's failure to meet this requirement will be grounds for termination.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Candidates must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience coaching within the collegiate level.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree from an accredited college - NCAA
Candidates will have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching.
Leadership experience in curriculum development and academic assessment is desired.
Applicants will be assessed based on education, evidence of teaching effectiveness, quality of scholarship, and demonstrated service to educational institutions and the discipline commensurate with years in the discipline.
