Assistant Director of Ticket Operations

Adhere to USAFA, Mountain West Conference, AFAAC, and NCAA Policies and Procedures Maintain knowledge of departmental activities, sports schedules, and procedures foster cooperative working relationships with all staff members who work within or outside of the Ticket Office Unit.

  • Ticket Office sport supervisor for Volleyball and Women’s Basketball to include scheduling and supervision on event days.

  • Oversee and administer Paciolan online ticketing system (e.Venue) and online renewal applications. 

  • Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of gameday and part-time staff. 

  • Coordinate with our marketing dept on the creation of Kid Force Blue barcodes for general admission events. 

  • Work in conjunction with the Falcon Athletic Fund, Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Communications on ticket sales plans, strategy, and timelines. 

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the Air Force Ticket Office.

  • Answer telephones in a courteous, professional, and prompt manner while providing any necessary follow-up to ensure that the caller is competently assisted.

  • Return any calls, e-mails, and messages within a 48-hour period.

  • Assist in the maintenance of the Air Force Tickets email account and online chat.

  • Maintain competence in the use of Paciolan Ticketing System.

  • Attend community events as needed to promote Air Force Athletics.

  • Maintain a positive attitude toward performing job duties and working with other staff members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of customer service.

  • Basic office equipment and computer skills.

  • Ability to work an irregular work schedule including regular business office hours (9 am – 5 pm; Monday – Friday), and evening and weekend athletic events as assigned.

  • Ability to travel with athletic teams.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background check.

     Preferred:

    • Master’s degree in Sports Management or related field.

    • A minimum of two years’ experience in an athletics related ticket office with the Paciolan Ticketing System.

    • Demonstrated extensive knowledge of the Paciolan Ticketing System.

    • Paciolian E-Venue experience.
