Athletic Facilities and Competition Coordinator

In this role, you will 

  • assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of Geneseo athletic games, events, external rentals, and facilities 

  • serve as the game administrator for select sports

  • assist in the hiring, training, supervision, and scheduling of event staff

  • manage student payroll for game day operations 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, college breaks and some holidays

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in collegiate athletic event management

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion as well as the ability to establish and maintain positive learning environments for students and collaborative relationships with colleagues

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Supervisory experience
