Qualifications:
A qualified candidate must have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and support the Christian character and mission of Sterling College. The candidate must also possess a clear understanding of and ability to articulate the essentials of a Christian liberal arts college.

• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational, management, and supervisory skills are necessary.
• Ability to accurately connect multiple concepts and multitask.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Capacity to grasp and communicate precise details to small groups of coaches and/or players within the context of our larger vision for the program.
• Ability and willingness to recruit year-round.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with coaching in practice and games.
• Assist with the soccer academic success program.
• Assist in the organization and efficiency of the compliance process.
• Assist in recruiting both on and off campus to meet institutional goals.
• Assist in the organization of team equipment.
• Assist with field maintenance.
• Assist with aspects of the men’s and women’s soccer programs.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
