Head Men's Lacrosse Coach

Plans and executes a successful program that would include duties such as: conducting regular team practice sessions; coaching the student athletes, evaluating athletes performance in practice and competition; monitoring the conditioning and training of student athletes, advises and counsels student athletes regarding their obligations to comply with all rules and regulations related to financial aid and eligibility, as well as personal conduct and academics.  Develops competition schedule in conjunction with sport supervisor to promote success.
  
Arranges and conducts recruiting functions including off- and on-campus visits, evaluations and contacts of prospective student-athletes.  

Attends community, alumni and donor-related events to garner support of program and University; represents program/university at Conference meetings; attends regional and national conferences.

Oversees all expenses and expectations of fiscal responsibility within designated budgets.
