
Duties for the position include assisting the head coach in all aspects of the program (practices, games, recruiting, conditioning, overseeing academics, etc.). Collegiate playing and/or coaching experience preferred. Recruiting experience is encouraged but not required. Good character & communication skills, self-motivation, and leadership skills are essential. This is a 2-year graduate program. Position compensated with graduate studies, housing, coaching & meal stipend.
Position begins on August 1, 2026.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and admission into a Southwestern College graduate program
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Weekend and evening hours required
Driver’s license required (must pass a MVR)
Compensation
Stipend: $5,000/year
Tuition: Full tuition waiver
Housing: On-campus apartment plus flex spending for on-campus meals
Required Fees (to be paid by graduate student)
Tech Fee ($120 per semester)
