Head Coach - Women's Soccer

Primary Responsibilities
Plans, directs, and administers all aspects of the women’s soccer program including fiscal management
Coaches, recruits and provides academic oversight for student-athletes
Ensures compliance with University, NCAA, and OVC rules and regulations
Promotes Southeast Missouri State University and its athletics programs through community involvement, public relations and fund raising under the direction of the Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated successful collegiate soccer coaching, professional club experience and/or collegiate playing experience
Demonstrated budget management experience
Demonstrated ability to actively recruit and attract qualified student-athletes to campus
Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to NCAA regulations
Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students, faculty, community and media
Demonstrated ability to motivate student-athletes academically and athletically
Ability to work evening and weekend hours
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
