POSITION OVERVIEW
Seminole Boosters, Inc. is looking for a driven, organized, and relationship-oriented leader to serve as the inaugural Director of Seminole Clubs. This newly created position leads the entire operation of the Seminole Clubs program, a network of approximately 60 officially affiliated alumni and fan clubs representing more than 400 volunteers across the state of Florida and beyond.
The Seminole Clubs program was recently transferred to Seminole Boosters from the FSU Alumni Association, and this role will be foundational in building the systems, culture, and standards that will define the program for years to come. The Director will lead a team of three Coordinators, manage the Club affiliation agreement and compliance framework, own the Club resource portal, and serve as the primary organizational liaison between affiliated Clubs, FSU Athletics, and the Seminoles United initiative.
This is a high-visibility role that combines program management, relationship development, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in building programs from the ground up, communicates with warmth and clarity, and brings a passion for Florida State University and the Seminole community.
About the Seminole Clubs Program
Seminole Clubs are independently operated, FSU-affiliated alumni and fan organizations that serve as local ambassadors for Seminole Boosters and FSU Athletics in communities across Florida and the nation. Under Seminole Boosters oversight, affiliated Clubs must meet programming, fundraising, brand compliance, financial, and legal standards defined in the annual Club Handbook and Affiliation Agreement. Clubs operate under the Seminole Boosters Group Tax Exemption (501(c)(3)) and collectively form the community layer of the Seminoles United mission.
