Maintain strong working knowledge of all building systems throughout the Rose Bowl Campus including, but not limited to audio visual, electrical, fire protection, flooring, hardware, HVAC, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, roofing, security, and utilities.
Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive preventative/annual maintenance plan to ensure all building systems are always functioning properly.
Develop, implement, and maintain a campus work order system to serve as a digital database for the preventative maintenance program as well as general day-to-day maintenance and repair needs on the RBOC campus.
Develop project estimates and budgets for all proposed, and assigned, capital improvement projects.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of project planning, inclusive of feasibility studies, for all proposed and assigned capital improvement projects.
