Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach

Responsibilities:

•          Serves as a representative of the University, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with the members of the QU community and with the public.

•         Assists the Head Coach with training, coaching, scouting and recruitment of student-athletes.

•         Assist with scheduling and travel arrangements

•         Manage strength and conditioning program for student-athletes

•         Oversee pool operations, including scheduling and coordinating lifeguards.

•         Perform other duties assigned by the Head Swimming Coach

Requirements:

•          Bachelor's Degree

•          Experience and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level

•          Strong written and oral communication skills.

•         Ability to work with diverse student populations.

•          Flexible working hours (nights and weekends).

Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 per year,
