Head Women's Lacrosse Coach

Northern Michigan University (NMU) seeks an experienced, visionary, and highly motivated Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach to lead a comprehensive Division II lacrosse program that plays a critical role in elevating institutional pride, enhancing the student-athlete experience, and advancing the university's competitive success. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach is responsible for directing, organizing, coaching and administering the Women's Lacrosse program.

The Head Coach will oversee assistant coaches, ensuring alignment with NMU's mission, departmental

priorities, and NCAA/GLIAC regulations. This position represents a pivotal leadership opportunity for a collaborative, student-focused coach who is committed to competitive excellence, character development, and fostering a high-performing environment that supports both athletic achievement and student-athlete well-being while contributing to NMU's broader strategic goal.
