Diving Coach/Pool Director

This full-time position has split responsibilities:

The Assistant Coach Diving will assist the head coach in maintaining a highly competitive Division I program to

include recruitment of prospective student-athletes, practice and game coaching, fund raising, community

service, off-season conditioning, and administrative tasks.

The Pool Manager oversees the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of Barletta Pool;

oversees the hiring, training, testing, and certification of lifeguards; ensures that all appropriate water health

and safety standards are maintained. Responsible for the continued assessment and upkeep of the pool;

required to work on pre-determined weekends, mornings, and evenings to cover events throughout the year.
