
Reporting to the Head Women’s Soccer coach, the Assistant Coach is responsible for working, as directed, with the Head Coach toward the planning and execution of a successful program. This individual will assist in overseeing coaching, recruitment, and retention of the Women’s Soccer Program for the University. This position ensures the program works within University and NCAA rules and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in all facets of the women’s D1 varsity program.
Assist in evaluation & recruitment of potential student athletes
Organizing and planning practices & games
Monitoring academic progress of both programs
Assist in video analytics & scouting
Planning team travel
Fundraising
Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree required
Collegiate playing experience
Coaching experience at any level preferred

Salary Range:
$42,000 to $45,000/year
(Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.)
