
Position Function:
Assist with the current video and technology used in the baseball program as directed by the Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Coaches.
Salary Grade: 09

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for filming all practices, along with the recording of statistics.
• Assist with statistical analysis of particular lineups, matchups, situations, and tendencies.
• Monitor and record different variables during team workouts, strength and conditioning sessions, and practices.
• Assist with film used to promote the program, our accomplishments, and philosophies.
• Responsible for helping with the promotion of Baseball Camps.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least one (1) year of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to capture, understand, and communicate the data obtained throughout the year to all parties is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of NCAA and SEC rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of video equipment.
• Knowledge of Rapsodo, Trackman, and Force Plates software.
• Ability to travel, stay overnight and work irregular hours.
• Excellent organizational, management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Valid Drivers’ License.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Regularly involves lifting, bending or other physical exertion. Often exposed to one or more elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. with one to the point of being objectionable. Injuries may require professional treatment.
Job frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping/kneeling/ crouching/ crawling, talking, hearing, handling objects with hands, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
